CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTATION
Microcontroller based digital controller with Alphanumeric display and control for all the parameters and consisting of following pH/Temp./RPM and Agitation.
Agitation and Motor: Variable speed control within 0 to 1000 RPM, control accuracy of ±1RPM, Top Driven having PMDC motor
Impellers: SS316L Rushton turbine Type Impellers, 4X3 blades, 2 Impeller Removable Type
Temperature Sensor: Pt 100 RTD, Working Range 10 to 60 0C, Max. Range up to 80 0C, Design 0 to 130 0C.
Heating and cooling for Temperature Control: Inbuilt heating element immersion rod in SS 316 housing for efficient temperature increase. For cooling through inside the cooling coil of the vessel for circulation of chilled/cold water outside the coil for lowering the temperature below ambient (Chilled water from External source required).
Aeration Control/Air Flow Control through Rotameter: Aeration through Glass Metered Needle Valve For 3L
Rotameter: 0 – 5LPM for 1.5vvm
Sparger Type: Ring Type Air Sparger with fine pin holes provided towards bottom of the vessel for uniform distribution of Air.
Inlet/Exhaust Filters: 0.22-micron absolute Hydrophobic PTFE/Autoclavable filter of PTFE.
pH Measurement
Measuring Range: – 0 to 14, Control Accuracy: – ± 0.1 pH
pH control: Automatic control with two Numbers Peristaltic Pumps for Addition of Acid/ Base. The pumps can also be run in Manual mode. The pH controlling system is complete with pH Probe, Transmitter and pH cable along with Dosing Bottles. The system is having Auto pH Calibration with 2 point or 3 points calibration i.e. either using 2 Buffers or 3 buffers or provided with Calibration option.
